Overview
A case study evaluating Coursicle’s usability and how the platform supports students in planning classes. Using heuristic analysis and user testing, the study identified strengths in schedule visualization alongside key pain points related to cognitive load, information hierarchy, and comparison tools, leading to actionable design recommendations that better aligned with students’ planning workflows.
